Calvin Wayman is a “regular dude” with a not-so-regular backstory, turned author, podcaster, TEDx Speaker, and serial entrepreneur.

 

In 2015, he quit his day job to pursue his dream of working for himself. The journey was anything but spectacular. Many times, Calvin Wayman had no idea what he was doing and fell flat on his face. But, through trial and error, he ended up building his first six figure business online, and ticked several dreams off his bucket list. The best part? He’s been documenting the entire journey every step of the way on social media and YouTube to help others shorten their own learning curve.

 

Many people remember him for his unconventional story—growing up in polygamy with 1 dad, 4 moms, and “boatloads” of siblings all in the same house. He was born the 12th child, and has 44 siblings! He was the first person in his family to attend college (at the University of Utah), and he’s since been featured in hundreds of articles, radio, television, and podcast shows—including Entrepreneur Magazine, The Huffington Post, The Dave Ramsey Show, and The Steve Weatherford Show.

 

Today, Calvin Wayman is the founder of multiple businesses—including a social media agency, a coaching and consulting company, and a solar business. He’s the host of the podcast “Curious with Calvin Wayman,” the author of “Fish Out of Water,” and an international TEDx Speaker. His passion is helping others discover that no matter where they started, they truly can design the life they love.
